This Saturday, April 26, A TEACHER Partylist (137) invites the community to a free event at the Sablayan Town Plaza, celebrating education’s transformative power. Gates open at 4 PM, offering an evening of inspiration, laughter, and civic engagement.
The event features acclaimed filmmaker Epi Quizon, CEO of EPYQ Films, Media and Productions Inc., known for directing the inspirational A TEACHER Trilogy, which highlights education as a force for national development. Adding humor to the night is veteran comedian Brod Pete (Isko Salvador), renowned for his satirical takes on Filipino culture. Hosting the event is Pantene Palanca, an actress and singer known for her dynamic performances in films like Slay Zone (2024) and Hour of Danger (2023).
A TEACHER Partylist nominees—Rep. Julieta Cortuna, Edgardo Avengonzar Jr., and Virginia Rodriguez—will share their legislative vision, focusing on improving the Philippine education system and promoting the welfare of teachers, students, and academic institutions. Local leaders and educators are also expected to take the stage in solidarity.
